Excellent service. Lorraine in the Belmont store helped me select appropriate, attractive frames for a reasonable price. She was personable and very knowledgable. Will definitely visit use her services again.

The whole experience was extremely pleasant. While custom framing is expensive, they were very patient and helpful in choosing the mat and frame for the pieves, and the work was done very well. And I appreciated the advise to use ready-made frames for the posters: it was a better choice, but obviously a cheaper one. The work was done within a week, and everything looks very good and hung easily. Even the ready-made frames were easy to work with (I'd never used them before). I don't think these were particularly difficult jobs, and I don't have a good feeling for whether the price was high or low, but it all seemd good to me.

Went great. I told them I needed to work within a budget and they respected that. Also, when a frame was delivered late - they called me to tell me there would be a delay. They were friendly and a pleasure to work with.

They did an awesome job with the framing, as well as suggestions as to what might look best. Very professional and personable, too. We had gotten quotes from 2 other places and Big Picture was much less expensive.
