Ben Franklin Stores

It has been excellent all these years. I recommend them. They have good, helpful people there. Some of the people there have worked there longer than the owner has owned it. They are always very cordial and very helpful. One time I wanted something that had been put away because it was out of season. They went downstairs and hunted around and found the item I wanted. I like that they stock a lot of things that you would have to go to a lot of different stores to get all the items. The only downside is they are slightly more expensive than at the big stores. I give a B in professionalism because in the afternoons they use a lot of high school help and those high school students just don’t have the experience although I have run into some of them that have tried very hard. They get an A for effort. The store is nicely stocked and nicely displayed. You find things there that you just don’t find anywhere else.
