I’ve been using AABPS services for well over a year now for both my dog and cat. Overall they have been great! I recently was assigned a new walker - Nate. I’m slow to trust people, especially when it comes to taking care of my dog, but he has been lovely. Very sweet and kind to her - making sure she is well cared for while I’m away at work. He goes as far as putting her boots on and cleaning her paws of salt before coming back into the house in the winter, in addition to bringing in my mail packages and leaving notes about his walk with my dog. Many neighbors have even commented on how kind he is when they see him walking the dog around the condo property. Scheduling with AABPS a simple email (which always has quick response rates), billing is a one-click payment on a monthly basis. I did a lot of research and have tried a few dog daycare companies, but feel I’ve found a great fit with Above and Beyond Pet Services.

We love Above and Beyond Pet Services, and especially Christina who has been walking and caring for our dog, Magnus. Chistina's notes and responses to our requests and questions have been wonderful and kept our confidence that she really cares. Whenever one of us has been at home during Christina's visit it is also obvious to us how happy Magnus is to see and be with her. We have used Above & Beyond Pet Services for years now and they are truly exceptional! They love animals and are always very accommodating if our schedule changes. Christina, our dog walker, always takes good care of our little one and you can tell that my dog really loves her! I have used Above and Beyond for years and I am extremely happy with their service. They go out of their way to ensure all the particular ways I want my kitties looked after are accommodated. They send status reports with pictures for every visit, which is a wonderful way to keep me appraised. I am particularly fond of Maria's service as she has a genuine enthusiasm and real love for my cats. Khristy also regularly looks after them and when she does I know they are in good hands.

We have been regular clients of Above and Beyond for over a year now. They walk our mini-dachshund, Winston, 4-5 times a week. They are truly exceptional and we adore our dog walkers, Alyce, Billy and Holly. When we began, Holly came out to meet us and took very detailed notes about our dog, our needs and our schedule. Since then she has been professional, thoughtful, quick to respond to any scheduling changes or any questions and a true pleasure to work with. She also walks Winston on occasion, and is amazing at all she does. Our regular dog walker, Alyce has been absolutely fantastic. Winston is a little guy and will not walk with just anyone. In fact, he is likely one of their trickiest clients! Alyce has been patient and kind with him. From the moment I met Alyce I have never had a single worry about leaving Winston in her care. She is responsible and genuinely understands dogs. She truly loves her work!! When it rains she takes the initiative to find his coat and is sure to towel him off. When he wants to play fetch, she plays fetch. When he wants to play in the snow, she plays in the snow with him. Whatever the day, I know he and Alyce have fun together on his walks. Billy is our regular back up walker and again, nothing but the best from this place. He is a gem and Winston loves him as well. In fact, he stayed overnight to care for Winston when I had to go out of town last minute. Above and Beyond made all the arrangements on very short notice and were very accommodating. They sent photos and updates to keep me informed. I feel very lucky to know they are spending time with Winston every day while I am at work. Winston loves his walking buddies dearly, he gets very excited to see them! From every aspect, Above and Beyond really is above and beyond! I am grateful to work with such a unique group of people who truly love their work and are exceptionally good at what them do. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Above & Beyond has been a fantastic company to work with. Our walker, Khristy, takes great care of our dog. She makes sure he gets walks, play, and cuddles, and always leaves a note about how he did on their walk. When Khristy is unavailable, Above & Beyond makes sure to have another fantastic walker come at the same time so our dog is never left in need. Ted at Above & Beyond is very responsive and the organization seems very well managed, which is especially appreciated when pets are relying on their walkers every day. We're so happy with our walker and Above & Beyond overall, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dog walkers in the area.

Everything went really well. The sitters came every day to feed my cats and clean up after them. They sent pictures of each cat (more when the cats warmed up to them) and made sure to tell me what they did on their visit. They brought in the mail every day, and were much more conscientious about cleaning than I ever am! Mia and Jacob obviously love animals and my cats seemed to enjoy having them there (you know, as much as cats enjoy anything).

Finally, i have found fantastic care for my two bunnies when i travel. Maria is fantastic, the bunnies loved her, and the other employees who visited did a great job also. It is so hard to find pet sitters that understand rabbits and Above and Beyond only sends pet sitters who are vet techs or are rabbit owners themselves. One of my rabbits is elderly (11 years old) and both of them sometimes have tummy trouble that requires medication, if untreated it can be deadly. The way to know that they are sick with this is observational and may easily be missed by someone without rabbit experience. The bunnies are shy and usually hide under the couch when people come in , but with these visits they warmed up instantly to the sitters. The care was thorough, I left a long list of notes on feeding, etc and they were followed to a t. (I think some of my past sitters have rolled their eyes at my lengthy notes but A&B put all of this in their records. And the best part was the detailed report and pictures that A&B sent after EACH visit. And I was pleased to get phone calls when something was unclear. This business is very professionally run and modern, online paymets, etc. I am no longer worried about the bunnies when i travel and I am so happy to have been given the recommendation to use them. Fantastic. I have used Ted's service before and have never been disappointed. I love getting daily pics of my cat while I am traveling and to know that she has some company. Also a big thank you to Nicole for brining in and unpacking my blue apron order. They really do go above and beyond :)

Excellent! We have been so pleased and appreciative of all of Above and Beyond's excellent work. We're so glad we found them and have felt completely assured knowing our cat has been in caring and more than competent hands when we are away. We also LOVE the little daily updates and photos! Khristy, Jordan, and Alyce were terrific.

The way I judge is how stressed they are when I get home. So I was happy to find they were calm and not at all stressed when I came in the door. Yeah!

Great! We have been getting this service for over a year now and we have 0 complains. Billy is always on time and takes good care of our doggy. Ramsay (our dog) can't wait to see Billy, he loves going out with him on his walk. I highly recommend working with Above & Beyond Pet Services :)

Outstanding! Above and Beyond Pet Services has an amazing team! Jordan took care of my two cats during my last business trip. Every day I get an update on how the visit went and it even includes photos! They write about the visit and let you know that your animals are doing well while you are away. It's such a relief to not have to worry about your pets while traveling and keeping them at home where they are most comfortable is a priority for me. I highly recommend Jordan and the rest of the Above and Beyond Team, they are professional, passionate about the care of your pets and will make sure that every thing is going smooth while you aware and even bring in the mail :)

Above and Beyond best describes this service. Ted is quick to respond to all questions and requests (not to mention very accommodating). Cannot say enough for the walkers themselves, Billy her primary walker and Khristy fill in walker are terrific. Greta (the dog) adores them and greets them with her happy dance like long lost friends every visit. Even my semi feral indoor cat actually greets them (amazing). In the rare event a different fill in is used they have been great and service consistent with the high standards Ted promotes.

Ted and the caregivers at Above & Beyond Pet Services truly live up to their name. Not only were our animals well-cared for, they sent us daily updates and photos so we were reassured they were happy. And besides basic services, they were willing to manage medications for our older cat. Having someone we can trust with our pets helps make vacation planning so much easier!

The best thing was to see the pictures the sitters sent me by email. Great communication. During one of the greatest snow storm in Boston, Ted still came to feed my cat, braving the weather. When I came back from my last trip, I couldn't find the key, and Ted came to my rescue with his copy. He is my hero!

We have used Above and Beyond Pet Service twice now, and we feel very lucky to have them in our area.  We were away for two weeks visiting family abroad, and Ted and his staff took care of our cat.  This time we were in a such hurry that we did not locate our cat when we left, and we were very worried when the first report said there was no sign of our cat during the visit.  I contacted Ted and he responded quickly and went to check on our cat with no charge, and got in touch with us frequently to kept us updated about the situation.  It turned out that our cat panicked and hid away for days, but she was not lost and Ted and his staff made sure she was fed and took our mails in.  When we came home our cat she came out to greet us immediately and she was very happy to see us!

Above and beyond has been spectacular. We have had them coming for over a month and they have all been fantastic. My dog loves them!!! They have been a huge help to us taking care of our puppy. We could not be happier!

We have been using Above and Beyond Pet Services since early 2015 and are so glad we found them. We are very happy with the service provided and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. We have scheduled them for just a one day visit, up to a 14 day trip and everywhere in between. Always the same great service and dedication, they realize our pets are family and treat them as such. You will also get daily updates with photos, that is reassuring when you are far from home.

Above and Beyond Pet Service does a great job watching our cats! My wife and I have 3 cats, and all 3 need special care: one has OCD, one has depression, and one will eat everything in sight, including her brother's food. Above and Beyond does a terrific job handling all of their special needs! 

We have used Above and Beyond 5 times so far and will use them again whenever we go on our next trip. We first discovered them through Yelp when searching for a last minute cat sitter.  We talked to Ted and he was able to help us out right away. 

Most recently, Khristy and Rachel did an amazing job and we came back to 3 happy and healthy cats. We especially love their email updates - with pictures! - that help ease our worries while we are away. We definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable and responsible cat sitter.

We have used Above & Beyond for two years, and we are consistently impressed with the level of service - they truly go above and beyond in ways we wouldn't even think of. We have total trust in their team, and we can go away with peace of mind, knowing we will come home to happy cats.

I've been calling Above and Beyond every time I've needed kitty care for almost two years, and have never considered trying another company. Whether we've been gone for a couple days or over a week, it's been great to know they'll be well taken care of and given lots of play and pets while we're away. It really helps me to relax on a trip to see pictures of them from the day! Khristy is a wonder, she's always sending us tidbits of info and great pictures. Very good experience.

I particularly like how Ted sends us a daily email with a photo of our cats and a detailed description of the services performed each day, such as feeding, brushing, playing, etc. It's a nice, personal touch and we always look forward to receiving his messages when we are away from our pets.
