My first time using Victory Heating, Air Conditioning and Plumbing but won’t be my last. I called them after reaching out to a couple of Heating/Ac companies in my area which I did not use because the price for diagnostics alone was ridiculous. I saw the reviews for Victory so decided to give them a try. I was having problems with my heating system (fan was running but no heat was being generated-was told it might be the pilot light). Victory scheduled an appointment for a week out (first available). It’s still relatively warm so I wasn’t concerned. The gentleman (Mike) came out on the scheduled day and was on time. He was very pleasant to work with. I told him the issue and he checked my system. Turns out the pilot light was working but he suggested a maintenance check to make sure there would not be any issues moving forward. My heating system is old (about 24 years) so I was concerned that it might cost a lot to repair. I’m on two heating zones so Mike performed a routine maintenance check on the second system but only charged me for the first. He couldn’t have been more pleasant to deal with. He was in and out in under an hour. The total cost was $120 (I’ve been quoted far more by other companies on Angie’s). I definitely was pleased with the service and plan on using them in the future. Highly recommend!

HVAC was not working

It was fantastic and I would recommend them.

Tom was on time and friendly. Came in a company truck. Replaced a washer with the toilet, and fixed faulty washer with shower head. Both issues resolved to my satisfaction.

Problem solved in one quick visit.

When I called for emergency furnace repair the tech responded right away with a call. He was able to get to my home in an hour at 3am and make the repair. He was courteous and professional. Except for being cold it was a great experience. I recommend Victory.

DO NOT HIRE VICTORY IF YOU HAVE OIL! Just trying to prevent you from having the problems we have. They installed a brand new $5900 oil furnace a few weeks ago. Last week, the carbon monoxide detector went off because it was leaking carbon monoxide. They fixed it, were nice/understanding/apologetic. Today, it is blowing cold air and there is no heat. The problem is, Victory installs oil furnaces, but they don't service them. So when I call, they tell me they can't service it and I should call my oil company. I just paid $5000 for a new furnace, and they want me to call an oil company to have it serviced. DON'T INSTALL OIL PRODUCTS IF YOU CAN'T SERVICE IT!

I've used them for awhile, I'd say four or five years, and I'm still using them.

Every Fall I have them do a free check.  They come once a year unless I have a problem.   I've had no problem with them.  I lost my heat one time and I called up another provider and because I wasn't a member of their service, they wouldn't come out for a week and a half in the middle of the freezing cold and I was afraid of pipes bursting.  So I got in touch with Victory Heating and they came out right away, and I signed up on a contract with them.  I think $120 was reasonable.  They fixed the problem right away and they check it out pretty good every year.  I've used them for four or five years now.

They're ok. They're making sure all their technicians have gone to school. They're working hard to change to improve their service.

Fine...and did the job for 1/3 the cost of another company's estimate.

Estimate for work and actual cost was the same. Tripped drains to sewer line.
