He is responsive and picks up his phone.  I would never go to anybody else but him.  He was prompt.  He came when he said he was going to come.  He gave me an estimate and told me that the cost would not go up even if the cost of asphalt went up.  He told me exactly what he was going to do.  He encountered boulders under my driveway and removed them for me.  He went above and beyond.  He himself comes to do the work.  After the driveway was done he let it settle for six weeks and came back to make sure he did not miss anything.  He made sure it was done the right way so that no water stays and it runs down ways.  He is a professional and has been doing this for years.  I got him name from the Milford highway surveyor.  I highly recommend him.  He is a professional.  I called him once because there was a problem and it turned out to be that the driveway was sinking.  He came and ripped it out and repaired it. He did the work so well that you would never know that anything had happened.  He gives you guarantee and sticks by it.  I have a huge driveway and did all of that.
