I RECEIVED A PROMPT RETURN OF MY INITIAL TELEPHONE CALL. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIT ME IN WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS. HE WAS FAST, NEAT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND EVEN HANDLED MY 3 1/2 YEAR OLD WATCHING HIM AND ASKING QUESTIONS WITH NO SIGN OF IMPATIENCE OR ANNOYANCE. AND HE VACUUMED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

THEY WERE A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH-- ARRIVED ON TIME; CLEANED UP THE WORK AREA; AND TALKED THROUGH THE FINISH FILLING/SANDING/PAINTING THAT I WAS GOING TO DO. SEEMED A LITTLE EXPENSIVE FOR ONE LOCK BUT IT WAS DONE QUICKLY AND DONE WELL.

JOE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE ARRIVED EARLY, REVIEWED ALL THE OPTIONS FOR FIXING THE DOORS AND MADE GOOD RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEMS. POINTED OUT ISSUES WITH PREVIOUS DOOR LOCKS WHICH HE REPAIRED. ALL LOCKS AND DOOR WORK WONDERFULLY. VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL JOB.

THEY RESTORED THE DOORS AFTER HAVING INSTALLED THE DOOR KNOBS SO THAT NOBODY COULD TELL THERE HAD BEEN ANY CHANGE. THEY MADE SURE THAT ALL THE DOORS CLOSE NICELY AND CUT THE DOORS THAT STUCK. THEY ARE MORE THAN A LOCKSMITH SERVICE, THEY WILL MAKE AN OLD DOOR JUST AS NEW.
