It was a very good experience. We worked with Wayne Flanagan, Owner, throughout the entire process. Wayne answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. He was very easy to work with. He had a lot of good ideas regarding finishing touches and he took the time to sit down with us and go over all of our vinyl siding options. He was also very accommodating, as we had work on our house that needed to be completed before his crew could begin vinyl siding our house. After comparing "apples to apples" (i.e. the quality of the materials and all aspects of the job (i.e. removing the cedar clapboard, wrapping the house in Tyvek, installing the vinyl siding, and installing new gutters with gutter guards)), for various contractors, we thought Wayne's price was very fair. His installation crew did a great job installing the vinyl siding and they were extremely efficient. They were also more than willing to answer our questions and address our concerns throughout the installation process. Wayne made sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the work before accepting final payment for the contract. We were very pleased with the results of the job. The house looks great! Wayne and his crew were professional in all aspects of the job. It was actually a pleasure working with them and we would highly recommend them as a quality vinyl siding contractor.

Things went pretty well. Wayne was a great person to work with and responded to my emails within 12 hours. Unfortunately the window on the stairwell was not measured properly so he had to come back a month later to replace it with the proper size. I have another window that needs replacing and I will certainly give him a call when needed

Wayne is the owner of New England Exteriors and he has his own crew doing the work. He came by to walk the property and he left me with a preliminary estimate before he left. Wayne worked with the crew for most of the installation. After the work was scheduled and started he discovered that the board and batten vinyl that was going on the garage was backordered with a six week estimated late delivery date. Wayne was able to get his local suppliers track down current available stock, bypassing the backorder delay. I really appreciated his effort in this matter. The workmanship of Wayne and his crew was perfect. In addition to the siding, we had the gutters replaced and gutter guards installed. Though New England Exteriors did not perform this work, Wayne subcontracted with a company that he trusted. Everything was installed in one day and the workmanship is perfect.

Everything went well, and on schedule. Cleanup was done every day.

Wayne is a great person to work with and I was real happy with the results. It took about 4 weeks between putting down the deposit and getting the work done which was acceptable. There was a problem with one of the windows and he had to re-order which was unfortunate. He did not ask for any more money until that was resolved which was much appreciated. I was a little confused initially about what metal wrapping was included and what was extra so you may want some clarification on that first. I had a great experience overall and would definitely work with them again

We hired NEW ENGLAND EXTERIORS to do our roof. They did a great job! Good clean up and very professional. Stripped the roof and had a new roof in one day.

A perfect color match. You can not tell that section of the house has been replaced. Wayne and his staff were punctual,neat, and done in one day. I highly recommend them.

Wayne and his crew were fantastic. They did such a great job on our vinyl siding, that one of our neighbors mistook it for wood clapboards. If you are going to go with vinyl, this is the company to hire. There were a couple of areas that didn't look perfect, and Wayne made sure to fix them. They clean up after themselves, are friendly and courteous, and want to make sure the job is done right and to your satisfaction. I'd recommend them 100%.

Not only do I recommend them to anyone looking to re-side their house, I'd let Wayne bring prospective customers by to use our house as a showpiece for their work.

Wayne (owner) is a straight shooter and walked us through the project and cost up front and delivered in every way as promised.  The quality of his work was exceptional, a true professional.  He was on schedule and on budget from project inception to completion and the work sight was left clean at the end of each work day.  I highly recommend Wayne and his crew and would gladly hire him again.

Wayne and his crew were fantastic! He turned our house from a shack into the envy of the neighborhood. He worked according to my schedule, showed up every day and finished the job in a timely fashion. He was polite and professional and the quality of his work was excellent. During a recent windy / rainy storm some vinyl siding blew off my house leaving the bare wood exposed.  I found this contractor on-line and called his #.  He answered the phone right away and simply over the phone, after I explained to him what I needed repaired, he pretty much knew the measurements and the material without stepping foot on my property.  He completed the job the next day for the price he quoted over the phone.  As far as professionalism I was not home to see the work in progress but from the ground it looks perfect.  It looks the same as the other vinyl siding on the rest of the house which happens to be 10 years old.  Based on this experience and a few phone calls with the company I'll definitely use them again.
