Horrible. The floor has a decent sized stain and baseboards at bottom edge of walls scraped up - see pics. They Charged $650 for roughly a 12 x 15 foot floor and they worked on it for less than 2 Hours. The 2 Workers did not mention anything about issues with the state of the floor before they worked on it or give any feedback good bad or otherwise when finished - they simply left the jobsite without any comments. When my wife called and spoke to the manager he said baseboards were not painted properly, stain is in wood is not his not finish and most likely cause by pet urine soaked into the wood reacting with his finish. I said I want to give him a chance to resolve this before I post any reviews and he went into a rage saying they pulled over 200 staples out of the floor and had to pull up Carpet Tac strips along the edges. Perhaps I have the wrong Idea but for $650 was I supposed have the floor perfectly Prepped for Them ? I dont have a problem taking responsibility for poorly painted Base boards but wanted to see if he had any recommendations on how to deal with the "Urine Stain" I was not able to get another word in during the call remainder of the call, I wanted to meet him halfway but never got the chance. When I did talk over him saying my Lawyer is less expensive than his service he said the following "I love dealing with ******" and my response was I don't love dealing with crooks and what about your website's 100 Satisfaction Guarantee ? At that point He would not let me say another word - every time I tried to speak he interrupted me before the 2nd word came out of my mouth. At that point I admit I lost my cool, called him a name a won't repeat and hung up. Most non-professional customer service I have ever received. Poor quality work and B.S. Satisfaction Guarantee.

The floors looked the same after the services as they did before. They were not able to remove the scratches and the wood that they replaced did not match the floor. I am very disappointed.

The contact person, Mr Cesaroni, seems casual about things when you speak with him, but everything went exactly as it should. The two men who worked on our floors, Rick and Nathan, were amazing. It isn't often that you have workmen who are that pleasant and considerate; we were grateful. With this process, furniture can be put back on floors within in a few hours, so it's all very choreographed. They began with two rooms and the the hall upstairs, putting all the furniture and rugs in the other two rooms. The next day, the furniture was moved to the two rooms that had been done, but not the rugs, which wait a full 24 hours. We have two grand pianos, so hired professionals to move them, and we moved anything fragile or electronic and all the books, but Rick and Nathan did everything else. We are very happy with the outcome. The floors were put down sometime in the 1960's, and may have been refinished once, but not in the 28 years we have owned them, so they were in tough shape. They aren't in perfect shape now, because we opted for this minimal sanding technique, but they are beautiful and protected.
