Tony and his crew did a very thorough job from the estimate through completing the work. Due to the unknown extent of the damage this job was done on a time and materials basis but Tony was spot on with his estimate. The final cost came in at pretty much what I was expecting. The crew were very professional and thoroughly cleaned up each night and at the end of the job. The work done looks great and I expect to never have problems in that area of the house in the future. I would gladly hire them again and would recommend them.

They were definitely more cost efficient than other companies and they did it in a timely manner. They were good, and professional. We still have high heating bills, but we can't do anything about that.

Overall, my experience with mass home services has been great. Tony is professional, trustworthy and hard working. He gave me a fair price on a deck and it came out very nice. I have also used him for interior painting, power washing, and small repairs around the house. I recommend him regularly to my friends.

We spent a lot of money. It turned out to be a major project. He was a nice guy, that's for sure. I think he knows his trade. I found that it was taking longer. He ran too many times back and forth to the showroom and he charged me for it. His price was fair. He was very responsive.

"Just to clarify the "he ran to many times back and forth to the showroom and he charged me for it" When a repair is being done and it is trying to be done economically, and when you run into issues to do the repair correctly, it is necessary to go to the store to pick up supplies. The fact that I charged for my time at the store is common practice, since I am shopping for the customer. Most of the supplies purchased, were purchased on my own time, before I got to the job. A one day shingle repair turned into a 1 week major tearout of a completely rotted exterior wall. Overall a good customer. I am still waiting to be paid, since I did not ask for any money up front! We discuss the project(s) ahead of time so that he can get supplies, if necessary. He shows up on time, has what he needs in terms of equipment, and makes quick work of it. I have been more than satisfied every time.

I've been having Tony Capoccia working for me for quite some time. He is very careful, methodical and meticulous. He does all kinds of work and he does it expertly. It is hard to find good handymen in this area so he is a real find.
