 + -1 moreDespite every obstacle and the added conditions that were placed in front of Land Planning, Inc by the Conservation Agent, the Hill's performed flawlessly. Norman Hill, the head of Land Planning, Inc personally appeared before my city's Conservation Commission as our representative to affirm that all conditions for approval of the pool were met and those included conditions even the commission were not made aware of. Needless to say but we prevailed in securing a go ahead and permits to build. If it were not for the dogged determination of this company, we do not feel that our dream of having an inground pool would have been possible!!
Description of Work: Land Planning, Inc is a family owned and run business. The Hill family was hired to survey my property,plot the location for an I ground pool and indentify areas deemed to be within the wetlands and the required buffer zone within my property lines and submit finding to the Conservation Board in my city. Within a matter of days of hire, a survey crew was on site to perform the job and shortly there after we received renditional drawings of our property with the addition of the pool and location of the wetlands and buffer zone. Land Planning was further contracted to submit all required paperwork and drawings to the state DEP and city. Additionally, the firm was contracted to provide their professional expertise in dealing with the city Conservation Agent and Board.
