Overall we were very happy with Tom and his crew. Tom was very professional and accommodating. His estimate was reasonable and detailed. There were no hidden surprises or costs that came up during the process. He performed the work we wanted and handled the changes we made during the process. The upstairs remodel was a bit tricky to start as it required reconfiguring the layout and hvac changes. The end result was just what we wanted. The subs he brought in were professional and worked quickly. We were especially impressed with the flooring contractor. The job required feathering in old hardwood flooring where the old wall was and refinishing. We were very happy with the outcome and no one can tell where the wall used to be. There were some small scheduling challenges at times, but we expected that during the busy construction season.

I like his high quality workmanship and attention to details. He can generally do any type of home remodeling work.

Tom was professional in his demeanor and approach to our problems. I was impressed with his attention to detail and keeping our house as clean as possible during the removal of the old windows and placement of the new. I look forward to using Tom again when we replace our next set of windows this fall.

Tom Hosford gave an estimate of the work in a timely fashion. His crew did a fabulous job under the worst of circumstances i.e. heat and humidity. The crew worked diligently and didn't take short cuts.

Tom Hosford met with me to review the work that was required, listened to all of my concerns, and responded by email with quotes for the job. Thereafter, we exchanged emails and calls to confirm the job and price and establish a start date. Once the job was started, the crew remained until it was done even though it took more time than was initially estimated.

He is very neat. Their pricing is reasonable. They aren't cheap but they aren't expensive either. His finished product is good quality. My husband is impressed with the quality of his work, and my husband used to be a carpenter.
