Tackled a tough drain clog -- I was unable to do it with a snake, and our regular plumber (after about $150 for a visit and an hour's work) also failed, apparently because (according to our regular plumber) the snakes were going up the vent stack. Crystal Clear was recommended by our general contractor and succeeded -- for a flat fee of $129 with guaranteed results. Punctual; pleasant; highly recommended.

At the end of the process, there was no more problem, however, their explanation of what happened seemed to be ludicrous, and also, they had requested a payment for something, which I don't believe there was any actual work done. When I called them, they showed up pretty quickly and then they didn't show up at all, I'm not sure if there was any more work to be done, I think there was a scam at the end.

Our main drain line out to the sewer backed up and our plumber recommended Crystal Clear. I called about 8:15 am, left a message, received a call-back in less than 5 minutes, and was told that someone would be at the house probably around 10:30 or 11:00. Wally arrived shortly after 11:15 and set to work. He ran the cable through the line twice, tested it, wasn't satisfied, ran the cable through again, tested it again and this time the water ran freely through the line. All together, he cleared out three blockages and we've had no trouble since, even after doing 2 loads of laundry back to back, followed by a third load a little later. We were very pleased and will definitely use them again.
