Mike brought an entire staff of professionals to do our renovation. Carpenters, Plasters, Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, all the trades. We did not have to worry about looking for other trades. Mike provided excellent insight into some of the projects we wanted done. He was patient with all the changes and additions to our project. He renovated two complete kitchens, cabinets, new sinks, new plumbing, new electrical and then renovated two bathrooms, tubs, showers, new vanities, toilets, trim work, new ceilings in the bathroom and living rooms. When that was all done his painters finished with painting the entire two apartments. An excellent job by all his crew.
