here is the actual review I wrote for his agency:
I mistrust all-star, gushing reviews about 'perfect' service or products,
but Chris Rapacioli is a solid-gold star. We used other agents in the
past that I thought were professional and knowledgeable, but there is
simply no comparison.
As evidence, let me point out that Chris coped
with fluctuating timetables, an absentee seller, interfering (seller's)
relatives, unreliable outside services, and a host of ongoing people
problems with a cheerful and exemplary professionalism. Friends,
contractors and potential buyers all raved about him. at length.

The icing on the chocolate frosted sugar cubes was that he
sold the house in record time and over the asking price without our
having to make concessions. That is the definition of Five-star
