We have been very pleased. They are upfront about what needs to be worked and how long it will take, and very reliable in meeting the deadline they promise in the beginning. Best of all their prices are very reasonable...you really don't feel like you're getting ripped off.

It went very well. He is fast and does great work. You can trust if he says it needs done it really does. He won't do work you don't need. He noticed my brakes needed work during my oil change.

I was referred to Bellingham Imports for auto maintenance and repairs from a friend about five years ago. Chris and Henri run the best shop in area. I bounced from dealer to specialty shop for 10 years and found a lot of enthusiasm but not a lot of
talent; and I spent a lot of dough in the process. I have been highly satisfied with every visit to Bellingham Imports, from routine maintenance to (regrettably) major repairs.
Everyone with a German car knows Bellingham Imports because they have specialized in them for so long. They
have performed great work on my US, Japanese and German cars – fwd, awd and rear drive. Over the years, expert repairs have included suspension, (totally screwed up by a German car specialist in Providence), brakes, (screwed up by a VW shop near Smithfield, electrics and clutch replacement. I wish they were closer to where I live, but given the fact that they get it right the
first time, I save real time and money with them. I highly recommend Bellingham Imports without reservation. They are excellent at their craft and good, honest business people. NOT an easy combination to find. There is almost always something interesting in their yard too, but their bread and butter is daily drivers. Great service is hard to find at any price. The fact that Chris and Henri will save you time and money make them, and their clients winners.

My 2010 Toyota Camry needed brakes and an oil change. Car was at 75k miles and Toyota dealership in Milford said I was due for brakes. Brought my car to Bellingham Imports after seeing their reviews on Angie's List. They told me my brakes were fine. Just did the oil change. They could have told that I needed brakes and I would have believed them, but that wasn't the case. I will definitely go back for future service. Trustworthy and affordable. Can't ask for much more.

They have always been able to fix the problems that others can't. They get it done pretty quickly. They do a better job than most companies.

I replaced (1) water pump and (2) brakes (rotors, pads, etc.) on my 06 Prius. Spent just a little over half of what Toyota wanted to charge. Matt and Henry are very courteous, knowledgeable, explain everything in detail. Their receipts are very clear, - not like many other mechanics who write some BS and overcharge.
Henry did not take a dime for checking my vehicle a month later (for strange smell - which ended up a plastic bag wrapped around the exhaust pipe). He also checked for the leaks for free. These guys have a very clean facility. High quality work. I could not be more happy! I will certainly use them in the future (although their facility is a long drive from me), and will recommend them to everyone I know!

Matt and was great to work with. He quickly diagnosed the issue, got the car in the next day in spite of his lot being full (these guys look like they have a lot of work), and it was completed on time and at a very reasonable price. I will go back to these guys in the future.

I have been a loyal customer of Bellingham Imports, Bellinghma, Mass. for more than 20 years.

In April of 2010, they replaced the timing belt, water pump, one of the lower ball joints, air filter, and coolant in my Hyundai Santa Fe for $820. In July of 2011, I noticed a wet spot on the pavement beneath the engine compartment directly beneath the timing belt.

In early August, another mechanic who performed work on this vehicle confirmed that the water pump was leaking, that is was a bad leak, and that I shouldn't drive it any great distances. This mechanic told me that the water pump might still be covered by a warranty.

I called Henry the proprietary who with his son Matt owns and operates Bellingham Imports to describe the problem and made an appointment to have the car worked on. Though they couldn't take the car for three weeks due to a backlog of work, Matt did ask me to bring the car in sooner if the leak worsened and to monitor the coolant level carefully until then. Matt told me that though the water pump, which was a factory part made for Hyundai and not an after-market part, was out of warranty, he would and quot;helpand quot; cover the cost of labor and parts to install a new water pump as long as I still had the receipt for the original work, which I had saved, so that he could obtain another water pump from the manufacturer at no cost.

Meanwhile I drove the vehicle about another 1,000 miles before the appointment replacing about two cups of coolant during that time. I brought the car in to Bellingham Imports on Sept. 2, Matt installed the new water pump and I picked up the vehicle the same day. The cost to me for parts and labor: $0.00.

Postscript: Matt told me that it is not uncommon for leaks to develop around the seals of water pumps but for the leak to stop once there is enough wear on it for it to seal itself.

I was very satisfied with them. The owner is Henry Cournoyer. His work was first rate. The pricing was good and it was great. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The only thing was that he was hard to get to some times because he has so much work going on. He is very busy with so much work that it is hard to get to him on the phone. Once we agreed to a time it was bang and it happened immediately. The price was very reasonably. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Henri and Matt perform miracles on our cars. We drive 30-40 minutes to drop our cars off for service by them ANY time we need work because they can always solve any problem and consistently charge me about 1/3 less than any other mechanics I've ever gone too. The timing belt in the Honda was far overdue for a change and despite their typical 2-week or more wait (everyone goes to them because they're so good and so reasonably priced), Matt squeezed me in during a cancellation of another job. The Buick needed a new gas tank and Matt noticed it was going to need a new gas gauge too, so he changed them both after checking whether it was okay. He never tries to sneak extra unnecessary fixes in on me. If he says the car needs it, it needs it! It's wonderful having a mechanic you can trust.
