It went very well. They were very professional . They answered our questions. They did the work on time.

This was a horrible experience, overall.  The initial response and cleanup phase of the project went very well, actually.  There were spots missed in the cleanup, and I requested followup be done. 
After that, the whole job became a nightmare.  The lack of communication (not one returned phone call), hundreds of emails, phone calls I took on to subcontractors when it was their job to do that, and excessive amount of time to complete the job.  We assigned this job to them at the beginning of December, 2011, and there's still items I'm trying to get follow-up on now SEPTEMBER 2012.  It's just been a disaster.  It is the single most appalling experience with a contractor I can ever remember. 

The owner was incredibly rude, unresponsive and accusatory. The service took months and repeated phone calls to complete and was in a small area. Then within days of the job being done she was threatening to add fees if the bill was not paid immediately. Never received poorer customer service in my life which is too bad since I have had great experiences with other ServPro providers in different states.

It was horrible, they are completely incompetent.  They ran the dehumidifier with the window open, they procrastinated consistently, and they did horrible work.   They were supposed to send out big work crews but there it was typically just one person who was just standing around not doing anything.  They did a horrible job that took them a month and $40000 when it could have been done in a week and for less than $10000.  They needed to take the fridge out of the house and they used my personal small dolly instead of a professional one to move the fridge to the garage and scratched it up and never replaced it.  They are the worst company in the world.  I would never recommend them to anyone.

We called SERVPRO after beginning a repair due to water infiltration. Upon opening up our walls, we found there to be massive amounts of mold, something we were concerned about from the start of the repair. We called a 24 hour line, and had a prompt response from a dispatcher. Less than 18 hours later, we had a team from SERVPRO at our home. For the low price of $150.00, SERVPRO cleaned up inside the exposed structure of the walls, sprayed a powerful chemical to prevent any further mold growth, and did an excellent job of containing the affected area with heavy, well sealed plastic. They were attentive, prompt, and reasonable. As an allergic asthmatic, $150.00 to contain the contamination until further work is performed, is much cheaper than an emergency room visit. I would call them again for similar circumstances.
