Mike Beaudry Home Inspections

Mike is THE BEST. He was extremely thorough and really took the time to explain everything to me. I learned so much about my new home!! He was very responsive, up front and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. Would totally recommend!

He was early for the appointment early which I loved. He did a very thorough inspection. As we walked the house he explained in detail everything that was great with the house everything that was ok/good and everything that need work. He answered all of my questions. He took time explaining in detail everything he was looking for. I called around for pricing of home inspections and Mikes price was the most reasonable. While still knowing your getting a great job. He gave me a copy of the inspection right at the end. I would definitely refer him to anybody.

Mike is enthusiastic about what he does, is knowledgable and observant. He pointed out potential problems, and estimated what it would cost to take care of them. In addition, he recommended contractors to do certain specific repairs, or in one case, explained that the only contractor he felt comfortable recommending had retired, and he had no other company he was comfortble recommending at the time.
Aside from one instance when he neglected to test the water pressure in an upstairs bathroom, and I remembered (I glow with pride about that) he was very thorough.

We were hesitant to use the home inspector our Realtor suggested. After reading some reviews, it turned out that they were glad to overlook issues to get homes sold. I spoke with some friends who had inspections done with other providers, and a few heartily recommended Mike Beaudry.
Mike showed up on time for our inspection. I thought he was incredibly thorough. He made sure we understood what the minor, moderate, and major problems were with the home we were looking at. By the end, we felt that we had an excellent idea of what it was that we would be purchasing.
Throughout the process, Mike proceeded at a leisurely pace. We never felt rushed and always felt that he was open to answering questions. His work costs more than some of the other inspectors we'd found, but we have no regrets. His experience was worth every penny. In this case, we feel that we got everything we paid for. We will definitely be hiring him again if we are in the market for a home.

Mike was awesome to work with! He was punctual and thorough. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process and wasn't sure what to expect. Mike was very personable and took his time to check everything and explain everything as he went through the whole house. He filled out the inspection report as we went through the house so I was able to have a report in hand by the end of the inspection. The inspection itself took about an hour and a half; however, we spent extra time as he was nice enough to give me extra information I found very useful. Mike was generous enough to give the seller of the home (who was also present) some information and recommendations on work she needed to have done on the home she is purchasing.
I would definitely recommend Mike for home inspection or anything home improvement related. I felt confident that he was being honest and thorough and had my best interests in mind. He has 35 years experience in home construction and I felt he was down to earth and honest the whole time with his assessment and information. He was also very reasonably priced. I called around to 7 or 8 other inspectors and he had the best price as well. You can't go wrong with Mike Beaudry.

Mike was recommended to me by my Real Estate agent who is, unusual in her profession, a very principled person. He is outgoing, friendly, and very enthusiastic about his job. He climbs ladders and crawls into small spaces to make sure he has all the information he needs. He sent me his inspection report in a timely fashion.
