 + -1 moreHe didn't actually connect all of the wires correctly to the panel. I ended up paying for the electrical bill of the other tenant, an avg of $30 a month. I thought the meter was running crazy and contacted the electrical company. They took down the meter and tested it, and it was only after it came back as functioning that I was advised to look into the panel wiring. When I confronted him, he refused to even talk to me. He hung up on me.
Description of Work: Installed a landlord's second electric line including a new panel.
