Beware! This person is not licensed, register or insured. He stole a $14,000 deposit from me. I found out the day he cashed the check that he wasn't licensed, registered or insured. He said he worked under someone else and would send their credentials which he never did. He met me once in my driveway for 10 minutes where I gave him the deposit and never saw him again. The Contactor's Registration & Licensing Board awarded the judgement in my favor for the return of the deposit, but he didn't show so I am out all that money! It's a nightmare for a single mother of 2 who took out a home equity loan to get that money and now I'll be paying that for 30 years with no work done. My driveway retaining wall that he was supposed to fix has since collapsed into the neighboring city basketball court in Cranston and I am being held liable.

Also arranged for tree removal and driveway repaving with very reasonably priced local professionals. I was taken to local suppliers to pick out flooring, siding and roofing materials. Lawn damage repaired and reseeded.
