It was a three day process they come back to check on it. ?I think they are a little pricey but they were able to come quickly so they were able to schedule during the holiday which I appreciated. Almost a year later I have now found that the services were not properly completed. I have contacted the company numerous times to have someone come and fix the services. They are now giving me the around and will not come and fix the work.

While they did clean up the mess the did not get mold out completely and used this and quot;meterand quot; to show where damaged. The rep tried hard to sell extra services. I used them before and they were the same. They did an ok job did not know of other company that did the same work.

They were very responsive and sent out an estimator immediately. We agreed on the scope of work and scheduled the team to come out first thing the next morning. They were late, which required me to leave for work. I had left the basement door open for them, but because they didn't get that message they did not come in and do the work. I called at noon and discovered that they had not been there. They came out after that and brought the removed materials out to the curb -- but too late for our weekly trash pick-up. I called them and ask them to remove the materials at no charge, so I didn't have to bring it in and then out to the curb the following week. They complied promptly to my request and apologized for the confusion. The work done was of excellent quality. I would use them again.
