The project went really well. The replacement took one day, and the new furnace runs great. We also split one zone and had a hydronic heater installed in our kitchen. We could not be happier. Also, in inspecting every radiator, we found one radiator with a leak and one valve that needs replacement. Glad these company is thorough.

Colin and his team installed our 5-zone Mitsubishi ductless heat pump and air handlers this past Spring. They were priced most competitively of 6 quotes and offered to help with some other small jobs to sweeten the deal. They are well-versed with the latest products and technology and we found that they are unbiased in their quoting so you have a choice between numerous products (and not locked in to one vendor like many plumbers are). The team that installed was very personable, friendly, and respectful of the house. Each day they were prompt in showing up on time and cleaned up. The product they installed was sized correctly and performs very quietly. We have been thrilled with the performance and we would highly recommend Pespisa to do your installation or service.

He came right on time and promptly performed the work. It took about 2-3 hours, and he fixed everything. He was friendly and courteous and even gave me some advice in general for how to handle my boiler.

It went great. We were very pleased with the service and attention to detail. Colin, Dominic, and their work crew are very personable and knowledgeable to work with. They were able to install the new Bosch Greenstar 100 Wall Mounted Natural Gas Boiler and Superstor SSU-45 40 gallon stainless steel indirect water heater without any major problems. And remove our 40 year old beast of a boiler. They came back about 2 weeks later because the new expansion tank was a dud, but replaced that for no charge as it's part of the service agreement. They were very prompt with any questions via email/text. And provided all their paperwork in a timely fashion. We liked them so much we had them fix some other plumbing concerns in our house. We recommend them to anyone looking for general plumbing or a new boiler installation.

When I found out my parents Burnham boiler was leaking at Thanksgiving I found out that Burnham V7 boilers like they had did have a problem with leaking. We were able to get a warranty boiler but needed someone to install it. The Pespisa brothers were recommended on the Burnham web site and on Angie's list. They worked with my Dad to get the replacement boiler delivered and then installed. I talked with Domonic too. They were great! They did a great job when they said they would. I have the Angie's list membership but my Dad said to make sure to mention it worked out wonderfully! Very professional, friendly and thorough!

Pespisa was great from start to finish and I can't recommend them highly enough
We converted a 30 year old oil fired steam boiler and indirect fired hot water system to a brand new Burhnam steam boiler and SuperStor indirect hot water heater.  They also installed a new steam radiator in an upper bedroom that was previously only headed by electric baseboard.   The quote they gave us of around $9,000 was for the equipment, materials and labor except for the electrical.
The quote process went smoothly which is very important when working with the MassSave Heat Loan process.  They were very patient while we got our loan approval worked out and were quick to respond with tiny changes to the quote for the MassSave Heat Loan paperwork requirements.  
The Pespisa team is made up of Dominic and his brother Conor.  Both were great!  The install went smoothly over a period of 2 days (once the gas line was installed and inspected) and we had no down time whatsoever.  They were also great coordinating with the town to make sure our gas line got inspected right away.  Once the new system was up and running, we had a small problem with the system shutting off due to low water return.  They quickly addressed the problem by cleaning out the ancient return pipe and replaced the rusted section (way above and beyond in my opinion).  Conor also worked with me over the next few weeks so I could correctly skim the system (a standard operating procedure for all new boilers) to get rid of the oils left by the manufacturing process.  
Once everything was done and it was time to collect on all the rebates from National Grid and MassSave, Dominic had all the right order numbers and reference materials ready for us.  It was very straight forward to file for the rebates online and wait for them to come in the mail.
It is now May 2015 and the system is great.  We have an abundance of hot water and our gas bill, and even in the coldest billable months of February and March, was never higher that $350.

Fantastic; best experience I have had with a plumber. Dominic provided a quote ahead of time that was 100% consistent with the final payment. He and his brother showed up at the scheduled time and completed the job very quickly (much quicker than I expected). They were polite, pleasant to work with and totally professional. We had used Pespisa company for our plumbing needs before and were very satisifed with their work and professionalism. Dominic and Colin were very responsive to all our questions and always showed up on time and did a clean job. When our water heater stopped working, they gave us several options to fix the problem. We decided to rent a water heater till we replaced the water heater and the boiler. They did the replacement right away and offered us a quote for the job. They addressed all our questions regarding the new install. The installation went very well. They hauled away the old boiler, installed the new boiler/heater against the back wall (so we have more basement space). Overall, we were very happy with their service.

Despite the inconvenience of a leaking water heater, I had a very pleasant experience working with both Dominic and his brother Colin on the water heater replacement and found the level of service exceptional.

Dominic Pespisa, and his brother Colin, did an outstanding and economical job of addressing several plumbing issues in my home. They did their work in a very professional and timely manner, I liked also the fact that they were able to effectively coordinate their work with other contractors involved . I especially liked how they were thinking about the ramifications of different approaches to the job, not just for themselves but for the other contractors involved. Too often I have seen contractors who are and quot; in and outand quot; and give little thought beyond their focused objective with little regard as to the next steps, not involving them, in the process. I also liked the fact that when unexpected problems came up, they brought it to my attention. They did a great job!

They were prompt, nice, clean and professional. They arrived the day before to see what unit we had so they could recommend a replacement that would fit and be appropriate. That's nice. They gave us two options to choose from. The new unit is exactly what we wanted and is installed in a way that makes sense.

We've hired many other plumbers in the past who did fine work but charged exorbitant prices given the work they performed. We don't begrudge someone making a profit but the costs should be within reason. Pespisa's prices were fair and within reason.

We asked them to install a drip/drain pain underneath the hot water heater which they did.

The two negatives about the job are that the drip pan drain is not facing the room where it would be easy to access or where we could put a bucket under it. The other is that the tank exterior was damaged slightly when it was installed (or perhaps from the manufacturer - it's hard to tell). I don't know if the slight damage is cosmetic only or it will impact the life of the tank.
