Mr. Ziemba's quote was detailed and through. It met all my requirements and suggested innovative ways to replace the original steel-frame windows with modern double-glazed windows, two of which were very large picture windows, in order to maintain the original look of the house as much as possible. He suggested a window supplier I had not considered and justified his recommendation sufficiently that I accepted his recommendation whole heartedly. He was exceptionally helpful and patient as I worked through alternative window design choices to make my final selection. All work was properly done and he and his team were exceptionally careful in their work. While his quote was slightly higher than the others I received, I felt the quality of the quote and of the work ultimately done justified the cost. He worked with me to bring the overall cost of the project to within my budget. He completed the job with minimal delays at the agreed-upon cost. They are real craftsmen. Two years out the windows are all air- and water-tight and operating properly. After years of living with the grossly inefficient steel-frame windows and interior storm windows I finally have and energy-efficient windows I can open fully to enjoy fine weather when it occurs. I recently asked them, on a non-competitive basis, to remove and replace wall panelling and studs in my basement room as part of a larger job to install French drains in the room and would consider them first for any further work I might decide to do on the house.
