Tree and shrubs were installed where I had placed location flags in the time frame I had been told. There was no fuss or additional charge for the digging or the extra soil/mulch they brought. So far they are doing great and guaranteed for a year. Another nursery gave me an estimate that was 3 times the price without a guarantee!

I was really impressed to find a 16' dogwood tree for $550 + delivery. It's a beautiful tree with great form. The tree was delivered right on time and they successfully navigated a difficult access route to lower it into the hole. Only complaint is that they said I needed to dig a 43and quot; deep hole when really it only needed to be 30and quot;. Nevertheless, I would definitely order from this nursery again. I like that the tree comes with a 1 year warranty and hope they are good about honoring it should something happen.

The job was for landscaping the front of the house. I personally removed all previous plantings so there was a and quot;blank slateand quot; to begin with. The job included designing the garden, preparing the land, delivering and planting the plants.

The contact we worked with was Ned Brown the co-owner. He was knowledgable, courteous and professional. The design that he presented looked good. However, the workers that did the actual planting were not experienced enough and did not place the plants in the best locations. Also, the work was done at the end of the season (October) so they did not have all of the plants that we wanted in stock. We had to continue the job the following Spring. The work continued in the Spring but it was very hard to get in touch with Ned as he was over-extended. He did not return calls or e-mails in a timely fashion. The work took several weeks to complete and the overall look is mediocre.

In short, I would not use this company again to perform a landscaping job. The end result was nothing special and communication was not timely

I was happy with the advice and service I received. The staff was great, and they had quality products. They planted the trees within a few weeks of purchase, and the trees are still doing great. I'd recommend this nursery to anyone looking to buy trees at a reasonable price and have them delivered and planted. Very professional service.

They were efficient and nice. The mulch was somewhat inconsistent. They are fine and they give me the best price.

They are very good. They have a good collection and they take care of everything very well. We had a contractor who recommended them. They know what they are doing. I think they are competitive. They were totally responsive. I will use them again if needed.

The whole process was at or above what I expected

They were great. They weren't the least expensive or the easiest to deal with in terms of communication and scheduling. However, the work they did was fantastic.

Crew arrived as scheduled, worked h****** a very hot,humid day,removed clay soil and spread new sand,loam, regraded entire area to promote appropriate drainage and prevent any standing water.Returned a few days later and hydroseeded backyard and side of house. Crew also removed three -over 6ft tall, 5ft wide burning bushes and replanted along property line as a privacy fence. Grass is growing, a few spots taking longer to fill in. Spoke w/Nat-owner and he agrees to re-seed these areas if needed.Overall good experience and will use again.

Their work was very good, and they were courteous. They showed up on time to do the work. After they finished the job, they cleaned up the mess.

They also trimmed our trees and bushes. They put in new plants for us. They re-arranged some existing plants. They were prompt. They were creative. They gave good advice and gave us ideas on what plants to use. They also added mulch. When we reported we needed more mulch in one spot they came right out to add more at no charge.

Matt Brown is very gifted at design and he uses quality plants, but I have spent about $30,000 with them; once he had me as a customer, he stopped keeping appointments. If I had a problem and asked him to come look at it, it would take 2 weeks, with repeated phone calls, for him to come to my home. I bought $7,000 worth of plants this summer and it took 3 weeks for him to keep the appointment for the design and 2 weeks for him to send workers out to my home to plant them. Consequently, the trees were planted at the hottest point of the summer. He still hasn't come to my home to look at the problem that I have contacted him about.

TRUCK DELIVERED THE SLATE PIECES BELOW MY GARAGE DOOR WHICH WAS OPEN, THIS WAS NOT CONVENIENT. I WAS NOT HOME AT THE TIME, SO I CAN'T BLAME THEM SINCE I DID NOT SPECIFY WHERE TO PLACE THE SLATE PIECES.
