They answered the phone when I made the first call, they scheduled and kept the appointment as planned, they came and fixed the overhead range hood/light/vent on my Thermidore, and had to go retrieve special parts ... no separate appointment to come back. When he left, it was fixed. Just what I wanted. Would definitely use again.
