They were great. They squeezed us in despite a busy schedule. Both the receptionist and the man who came to the house were very helpful. I only needed one tree sprayed.

We called and they came immediately because the moths were doing such damage. We will use their services again.

He was very nice.  We told him that since he knows about trees, do what he thought would be the right thing to do.  He agreed to it and told us that we had had any ideas, or don’t like what he did just to let him know and he would do more for us.  We suggested a little bit more than what he did.  Now the sun comes through.

I spoke to Janet in the office who offered to have someone come out that afternoon.  That didn't work for me, so we agreed on another time. Bob showed up on schedule and we discussed the project in some detail. One of the trees was in the back yard behind the garage with no access, so Bob wanted to have the crane operator check it out, which involved another visit a couple of days later.  They ended up providing me with an a-la-carte estimate, which included a price for cutting the oaks into 16" logs for me to split for the wood stove next year.  The price seemed good to me so we went for the whole project after Janet arranged to have the liability insurance information sent by their agent.
They did the hemlocks one day without the crane and the oaks another day with the crane.
Everything was done and cleaned up on schedule and on budget. The crane reached right over the garage and took the branches to be chipped right over the house roof without incident.

They showed up looked over the property the next day i called and then came back a few months later to spray.  They sprayed for about an hour and that was it. Very quick and easy.

They came quickly after I called them. They suggested a repeat call in the fall, and I will do that. I felt it was a very honest straight forward assessment of the problem. They took care of 2 sets of large trees for the price. It was a very reasonable price. I liked the quality of their work. They were prompt, and professional.

They came by the next day and left the estimate. They were the lowest estimate and I had work done by them before and was satisfied. Once I agreed to the job, they completed it within the next couple of days.

I contacted Mead Brothers after a heavy tree limb fell against my house. They provided me with an estimate the day I called and did the removal work the next day. I then asked for an estimate to have some dead/dying limbs overhanging my house removed as well as pruning of several trees to improve the appearance of my property. Mead Brothers did the work two days later at the price quoted. They had the right equipment, adequate workers and cleaned up nicely after the job was done. I am very pleased with the advice I was given, the quality of the work, the professionalism of the workers and the fairness of the price

They were good because they came when they said they would and they did what we asked them to do. They cleaned up and we thought it was a good price.

The original estimate is the price I paid. They were very professional and honest throughout the entire process. They brought the proper equipment and truly had a good understanding of how to properly cut this large tree without causing damage.

They are very polite and friendly as well. They did a good job and the clean up was good as well. I would recommend them any time because their prices are cheap and I am very happy with the service.

They responded quickly to our phone call, after one large limb had fallen onto a neighbor's garage. They were conservative in advising how much work needed to be done. I was prepared to have them tell me that the whole tree needed to be removed. They came to do the work within about a week; they even called to say that they were running about a half-hour late. Access for their truck down our narrow driveway with its criss-crossing overhead wires was difficult, but they managed with great skill. They left our property and the neighbors' properties cleaner than when they arrived. We couldn't have been more pleased.
