After receiving a water leakage complaint from the downstairs neighbors in my condo building, I called McGregor as well as 2 other HVAC providers to check out my forced air system. McGregor was the only company that helped by trying to walk me through what might be going on and gave me some tests to try to figure out what was wrong. They came the next day and fixed the issue (the AC condensation drain pipe was clogged), and the prices were very reasonable. The only complaint is that they didn't give me a confirmation of when they were coming, so another company that I had called also showed up shortly after because I hadn't canceled that one. Fortunately, that company did not charge me for showing up.
I have used them for other issues with my very old HVAC system and found the prices to be very reasonable and that they try to get out as soon as possible, so I will use them again.
