Gerry, the owner of JAZ Building & Remodeling was referred to us as the perfect person to remodel our Commonwealth Avenue, Boston condo.  We had quite a bit of updating and replacement work that needed to be completed - numerous ceiling repairs and one that needed replacement, installation of a new hardwood floor, replacement of a window sill, floors sanded, lights replaced, and painting of the entire apartment.  
Gerry's initial quote was accurate, and all work was completed within the timeline that had been established.  Gerry is very professional, responsive, maintains open and timely updates with pictures, and transformed our condo such that it looks brand new.  I highly recommend Gerry and wouldn't hire anyone else to get the job done.  Thank you Gerry for doing such a wonderful job.  My wife and I are very happy with your high quality work.  

They are handymen.  I have a regular deal with them.  I have no idea how much they charged for their services because my wife took care of all of that herself, and so I don’t know.  This is a guy who is a former engineer, who just really gets what you need in a handyman.  I’ve been trying to find a handyman for years.  There are usually people who can do something like carpentry but then don’t know how to do anything else.  I have an old house and a wide variety of taps, and he was just able to handle all the ones I gave him for that period.  That’s why I’m bringing him back because there’s a lot more I need him to do.

They were very fast and gave me options. They didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

Through all of these experiences I found him to be extremely responsive, honest, professional, and reasonable. In addition, he answered all of our questions, returned emails in a timely manner, and the work was of great quality. I would absolutely use him again in the future for external and/or internal work on our condo.
