Jeff is very professional, honest and takes great pride in his work. It was a pleasure to work with him and we would like him to perform more work for us in the future.

Jeff did a great job - he was responsive regarding returning phone calls, he arrived at our house on time and  completed the job in less time that originally estimated.  A very positive experience.

We recently asked Jeff to install very expsensive, detailed crown molding in our kitchen.  He did a fantastic job!  He was polite, hardworking and most of all, honest.  He is very, very meticulous in his work and I had no idea installing crown molding was so labor intensive.  He arrived on time and left my house cleaner then how he found it.  I would highly recommend hiring Jeff on your next home improvement/remodeling project.  Its refreshing to have a knowledgable, honest contractor come to your home and do such a great job.  He really was a pleasure to work with and we will be asking him to perform more work for us in the future.

Awesome service, quality work

This was the best experience we have ever had with a contracting company.  Jeff cares about his customers and his profession.  He provides excellent customer service.   Jeff and his team are meticulous, they treat your home like it is their own.  Jeff was punctual and there were no delays in any service.  

Jeff does an excellent job at working with you to plan the job.  He spent time with us planning each step of the job.  He educated us on how the remodeling process works.  He involved us right from the beginning.  He listens carefully and comes up with a plan that is both thorough and cost effective. 

Jeff is a perfectionist.  He ensured that each part of the job was done to our satisfaction, in fact he makes sure each part of the job is done to his satification.  His customer service exceeded all of my expectations.   I was very impressed with the fact that Jeff and his team were very neat while they worked on each facet of the job.  We did not experience having tro clean up after them.  Again,it is a tribute to their service.

Jeff is also very creative.  He helped transform a tired old house into a showcase.  Our family, friends, and neighbors have commented on the quality of the finished product. 

I would highly recommend JP Crafts and will use Jeff and his team again in the future.  

In the bathroom, he did unbelievable work! He moved a window in my bathroom to utilize the space for my shower. I am extremely satisfied with him! I highly, highly recommend him! His pricing is extremely fair.
