Mike was very professional and worked with me to get a replacement from the manufacturer. I had called the manufacturer earlier but they were not responsive. Mike was able to get a new replacement unit and Installed it within 1 day. Ended paying only for installation of the new unit. Great service

They are pricey.  I did not feel the best for what he did the job for me.  He did not know what he was doing.  I thought he was fishing.  He did find the problem after I pointed out to him where the problem is.  Although I pointed out the source of the problem, he wanted to do some caulking.  I told him it is not a caulking issue.  I told him he could fix the problem if the pipe is fixed.  He was then convinced.  He could have fixed the whole thing in 15 minutes; but he spent like an hour going out.  He charged me for his time out.  He was on time.

Grays Plumbing did a great job on our project. Mike helped us figure out which system would be the most efficient for our house. His team worked efficiently and professionally.

Very well on time and on budget. No surprises without notification. I would recommend Gray's plumbing to anyone needing mid to large scale work done where all prep work is done in advance and only the plumbing is needed to reduce costs. Mike is a fair guy and delivers what he promises. I had no problems with Gray's plumbing. I will use them again.
