FW Webb

We had a disappointing experience with FW Webb. They took incorrect measurements, which led to us receiving a custom Terestone bathroom setup and a bathroom tower in the wrong sizes. Unfortunately, when we raised the issue, their response was simply, “Sorry, since it’s custom, we can’t do anything”—leaving us stuck with expensive, unusable items. Additionally, the mirror glass arrived broken in the box, adding to the overall frustration. We expected better attention to detail and accountability, especially when dealing with custom orders.

They helped us out finding all the contracts to get all the job done . They worked on the price for us and FW Webb had all the parts and delivered it all to you. They were very efficient and they were the key in getting it all done. They also threw in a toilet for us to.. They also cleaned up there own debris and they had a guy to come pick up the debris each day..

These folks were outstanding, we wound up going there a few times and met with two different employees. I was initially convinced that I could save tons of money online because we were doing both a master bath (shower and double vanity) as well as a new second bathroom (shower and sink spread faucet). 

In the end, their prices were extremely competitive. In some cases, they were lower than the lowest possible online price that I could find from tons of sites (and I did a LOT of research on plumbing) - in some cases, a bit more. In the end, I spent maybe 80 to 100 more than I would have online BUT in return for that tiny premium, I got hours and hours of free advice, consultation on plumbing and valves, technical support (we called a manufacturer together to discuss a custom valve configuration) and "live" interaction.

Basically, we had a "spa like" goal for the master based on tile/vanity etc, and a "stylish but wickedly useful" goal for the boys' bathroom. We wanted that really expensive looking stuff, but for like no money. We also wanted specific features - like the diverter for the boys had to be on the face of the valve plate, not the tub spout, and the master had to have a separate hand shower with its own diverter and so on. 

We went through nearly every item in the store, then sat to look at variations in the catalog. I got the same treatment from them on a budget that I saw people getting who were probably spending 2 thousand on just one shower head/spa thing. They don't care about what you're spending, they just appear to be interested in making you happy and selling their own stuff. 

They were not pushy, nor did they nudge me to buy that day, but wow were they helpful. We wound up with this slightly unusual configuration of valves and diverters in the master because the one specific tub spout that we wanted had its own diverter, but the hand shower has it's own as well and requires a three way, so we needed to know if rerouting the valves and diverters would create any pressure risk or impede the function of the thermostatic head. Instead of BS'ing me, they simply brought me to a desk and we called the manufacturer's tech support line and walked them through the item numbers and configuration. How cool is that? 

I'll be back there within a week to grab some toilets as well, and we'll be back within a month for the kitchen faucet and other items. This place is outstanding.

As noted on another report - things didn't go well the first time around, but after we started working with Kathie things went very well.

I have been dealing with Daren Fisher in this company and he has been incredible. I had a sink that was broken and he delivered a new sink to my doorstep. I am extremely pleased with his quality of service.
