Horrible customer service! We hired Andrew and his company to re-side our house in the February of 2015; his business partner, Andre, worked at our house for a week with his crew to strip the existing siding and re-side with Cedar Impression shingles while adding PVC trim to the house and windows. We understood that the crew had to work through some bad weather to complete the job as it was a horrible Winter that year and the actual crew was very nice and hardworking, but once they neared completion, we started to notice some minor errors and poor craftsmanship. We did pay them for the entire job (our mistake) and then we pointed everything out to Andre; he said to contact them in the Spring for a “final review” since the weather was so bad at the time, and he said that there was a guarantee with the job so if we were not happy with anything, they would come back to fix it. In May 2015, I called Andrew for that “final review” and to show him that we started to notice a few shingles hanging out in the back of the house, as well as a major mistake that had been made when re-trimming a window and that the gutters had been installed at different distances to the corner trim all over the house. Also, there was about 1,000 nails all over our grass and new roof after the snow had melted; all minor but important errors that were the result of rushing through the job to beat the weather. It took several calls to Andrew before he showed up for the review and he promised to have his crew come out to fix what they could and clean up the job; we were happy with this and again, understood the conditions the crew was working under. By August 2015, there was no sign of Andrew’s crew so I called to follow up; his business partner, Andre, answered and informed me that Andrew was on vacation for 1 month and that I needed to wait until he returned as Andre could not help me. Really? Fast forward to July 2016 when we discovered we needed additional work done to the house and contacted Andrew as they had done the original siding and never came back for any of the work described above. Andrew stated he was very busy but that he would come out to the house the following week to review the job; he asked me to text him the information and address. Almost two months later and several unanswered texts and calls, there is still no sign of Andrew or his crew. I did not want to write this review but we've given Andrew a year to fix all of these mistakes and even offered him additional work with no response!

The gentlemen, Andrew, who came out was very professional and did an excellent job. He advised of other areas that could use work. He came out as a subcontractor for TKD Construction and I didn't feel pressured at all. He was a very nice gentleman to do business with. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Andrew did some jobs for my cousins and they reffed them to us. We are happy with their price and quality and they did the job on time.
