Description of Work: My house had wooden shingles and is a total of three stories high. Mr. Lavine vinyl sided it and did the appropriate soffits, etc. The job was done in a timely fashion, and done very well. There have been no problems. I appreciated the fact that each day my yard was left neat and picked up. He is truly a professional. He has also also converted a laundry/powder room to a beautiful full bathroom and has also done other work for me over the years. Decks, addition, garage, roofing. Great worker!!

+ -1 moreHe had to replace some siding of the house where they line it and replace the slashing underneath and he made sure that the siding no longer came all the way down to the roof, which was rotting. He did all that. We were very pleased with him. He came when he said he would and it took him in two consecutive days he did it. He did not leave and go off for a week or something so we were very happy. He was the only one. He just did the siding. He is very reliable did excellent work and costs the same or little bit less than some of the other estimates we have had. I would consider using him in the future.
