Real Estate Service
The repair work--for damage done in November of 2014--did not begin until the spring of 2015 and was not completed until July 2015. The money promised to me was never paid. Repeated emails to Craig Nigro (our portfolio manager) and the Dartmouth Group's 2 vice presidents of portfolio management--A. Phillip Lambert and Nancy Mandino--went unreturned. I never received the final walk through of my property with Dartmouth to go over the repair work, nor the compensation promised.
