 + -1 moreThe repair work--for damage done in November of 2014--did not begin until the spring of 2015 and was not completed until July 2015. The money promised to me was never paid. Repeated emails to Craig Nigro (our portfolio manager) and the Dartmouth Group's 2 vice presidents of portfolio management--A. Phillip Lambert and Nancy Mandino--went unreturned. I never received the final walk through of my property with Dartmouth to go over the repair work, nor the compensation promised.
Description of Work: As the Property Manager for DNA Lofts, the Dartmouth Group hired a contractor to replace the building roof deck. In the process of the work, the contractor punctured the ceiling to my unit (below the deck) causing water damage to my condo in November 2014. The Dartmouth Group promised to oversee the repairs to my unit and secured a payment from the contractor for losses I sustained and cleaning for my unit when the repairs were completed.
