Was able to get a quote over the phone for some standard work. This was very important to me. Other companies wanted to charge up to $80 just to come and price the job. On top of that, the work was done on time and fast! Will definitely use again.

Adams Plumbing service was quick in contacting me. They presented the service cleanly, such as the brand, the gpf, the shape, the cost, and the duration. I accepted their offer, and the lead time is only 1 day. They are professional guys. Their equipment is cool. There was no any water leak during the toilet replacement. The project was finished quickly and neatly. They also informed me sth. strange in the toilet usage. That could be caused by the old pipe. The engineer is nice. It is pleasant to work with them.

There was a crack in some old plumbing, and it wasn't obvious how to repair. They assessed the situation from photos, discussed over the phone and in person, proposed a solution, and completed the repair on their first visit. Good job explaining what was needed and why, good quality work, cleaned up after.

Mark and Robert (Robbie) have helped us out over the past few years with everything from a clogged kitchen drain that revealed how poorly the pipes were installed (they replaced them!) to installing a new toilet, vanity with faucet, and hot water heater and replacing an outside faucet and piping. They have done excellent work every time including their most recent visit to our home (work described above). Always prompt, always responsive, always gives a quote ahead of time, and always cleans up the work area. We hope to not have plumbing needs in the near future, but we know who we will call if we do.

This is a "father and son" business - both showed up to handle the job - and both were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and tidy. I have found my plumber - I will only use Adams moving forward for all my plumbing needs.

They were great. Mark took my call on a holiday, and warned me they probably couldn’t work us in until the next day. But his son Robby finished a job near our house and could help us that day. He was polite and efficient. And the radiator works perfectly.

After I had contacted 5 plumbers, (DENNIS CRONIN?s nephew (Waltham) never called me back, SCOTT ROBILLARD (Waltham) was smug, DOMINGS (Lexington) chewed me out on the phone, PAPALIA cancelled today, the day he was supposed to come, and ROTO-ROOTER would not even give me a ballpark price,) ROB ADAMS (Bedford) of ADAMS PLUMBING SERVICES arrived within the hour, gave me a price beforehand, was courteous and respectful and did EXCELLENT work!! He even arrived early, hooked up my new gas stove and even checked out both my bathroom faucet and garbage disposal! What a great guy! I recommend Adams Plumbing in Bedford highly. Rob is very professional in his dealings with customers. Granted that there were many weather-related emergencies this week, Rob still managed to call me back and treat me respectfully as a customer, not like many plumbers who feel that they have you ?over a barrel? and can treat the customer any way they please. In contrast, Rob treats his customers as fellow human beings first, before anything else.

Great! Mark Adams explained that they charge by the type of job, not by the hour, and said that they would be able to come out the following day at 9 A.M. His son arrived promptly at nine, worked quickly and efficiently, and even put a special transparent seal at the base that he said would need 4 to 6 hours to cure, so I shouldn't use the toilet during that time. That was no problem because I was going to be away from home that day. The cost was $350 but the company had a $25 coupon on its website for first time customers so the final cost was $325.

Owner Robert was prompt, professional, pleasant and receptive to input. He was tidy and efficient and charged a fair price. He even cleaned up with detergent as he worked. Above and beyond the call, he gave me a toilet base bolt cap, which I hadn't noticed was missing.

Excellent experience. I thought the price was reasonable for the work they did. There was one person that came. He was here about a half an hour. The whole job was what I expected, what I got. They explained what they were doing.
