Appliance Repair
The original diagnosis of the problem was incorrect or there were two problems and one was missed the first time. The repairman fixed it once, but it still was not working. The entire service required two visits, two repairs, and was more expensive than anticipated. He did not charge for labor for the second repair. It's working fine now.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PROMPTNESS AND WITH THE WORK. I HAVE A REASONABLY OLD KENMORE DRYER( 10 YEARS), BUT THOUGHT IT MADE SENSE TO TRY THE REPAIR. THEY DID GOOD WORK AND EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THE FEE FOR A SERVICE CALL PLUS LABOR CHARGES ON TOP ( $110 FOR LESS THAN AN HOUR OF TOTAL WORK). I THOUGHT THE SERVICE CALL FEE MIGHT COVER THE FIRST 1/2 HOUR OF LABOR. NEVERTHELESS, I'M HAPPY ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE PROMPTNESS.
