Matt used a three step process for extermination as well as performed a complete inspection of wall voids and foundation. Offers 6 month warranty with this treatment. Informed to call back if further activity noted after two weeks at N/C. Professional and knowledgeable. Pleasure to work with.

The owner and a trainee came to my house the next day, and we did a walkaround/assessment. I would say everything went excellently because the owner offered advice and proposed solutions -OTC sprays, siding repairs- even though these did not necessarily require his professional capabilities, which is outstanding. I learned a lot about my property and how to take care of the problem myself, which I did. The owner didn't even charge for the consult and since then, six months ago, I haven't had any recurrence. It turned out that the animal was a flying squirrel which I was surprised to find live on Cape Cod (they are not in a lot of nature guides). You can see its flashy eyes in the attached photos.

Matt is friendly and knowledgable and Tiffany is delightful to schedule service with. I like working with decent contractors who treat you with respect, and aren't pushy. PI Pest Investigators fits that description. We have no doubt that we will be pest free now and in the future. This is a recently purchased older home and no doubt the previous owners knew about the carpenter ants and kept quiet, as Matt stated that they have likely been around for years based on his observations. We purchased the house in December so nothing was noticed in the cold weather. Nothing we can't remedy, but annoying that we were deceived by the previous owners. Just stating this to others looking to purchase a home when the insects may be dormant.

They were very responsive to my request /inquiry to get on their schedule (they have been our pest control since 2013) and showed up when they said they would (about 1.5 weeks after my initial call). They came & went and then so did the ants.

It went great. Matt arrived on time and efficiently dealt with the nest. I appreciated that he first checked the interior of the house to ensure that in treating the nest there was no possibility of the yellow jackets being forced into the house. This is the second time I have had P.I. Pest Investigators do work for me. They would be my first choice for any pest issues.

It went great. Tiffany got right back to me on my phone call. Matt and Joshua came out the next day and did the job. They were very thorough and professional. It will take 48 hours to be certain that the nest is dead but activity has definitely slowed. There is a warranty and I feel confident Matt will make certain that the job is finished. A much better idea than trying to eliminate the nest on my own. Worth every penny. Thanks Matt and Joshua.
