I didn't just hire an electrician, I hired a true professional. It seemed that it would be a simple job. All jobs that seem simple are not. Jim V did not just identify an issue, he helped us resolve it. I'll be honest--I do not know the first thing about wiring, but Jim was great at showing me what was going on and how he would fix it. I've never seen anyone take more pride in their work. My neighbors are really impressed that he communicated when he would show up, he showed up early, he stayed longer than he was expecting to, he did far more than was expected of him and that he saw the project through. He did not just stop and say "well now you should call someone to move that for you", he helped me get key kitchen items up and running. I was actually sad to see him go when he left. I didn't hire an electrician, I hired a member of the team.

Jim Venuti took the time to help me with an unexpected power problem with no notice. He came out on his own time to assist me. Within minutes he had found the problem and rectified it. I did not put the actual price of the service provided as I consider his above the call of duty help that day priceless. As long as I reside on Cape Cod Mr Venuti will be the person we go to for all our electrical and generator needs. We love his attitude and absolutely recommend him ! He is a great electrician and more importantly a good person, that you can put your trust into.

Mr. Venuti is a great person to do business with. He responds quickly to all inquiries. We have worked with him several times and consider ourselves lucky to have an electrician we can depend on and trust. Most recently Mr Venuti worked on an upgrade to our electrical panel. He made a point of scheduling the work at a time he could be available to ensure we were aware of what was done and to more importantly ensure we knew how to safely operate the upgrade. An extremely positive and knowlegable businessman. Always a positive experience.

Efficient and friendly. I am happy with the work and price. Be sure that you know exactly what you want done from the beginning. I thought of some things after the work was done, like position of some fixtures for lights etc. but then it's too late. He works fast.

I have had Jim Venuti out to my home twice now. The first occasion was to replace a Pacific Electric panel in the original part of my house and to update outlets in the kitchen and bathrooms to GFI's. The most recent occasion was to resolve rain pouring in through the electrical panel in the addition to my house (a separate one from the one he had previously replaced). In both instances Jim called me back promptly, scheduled an appointment quickly, showed up on time and completed the service as discussed. Jim reviewed all the options with me, ensured I understood them completely and helped me make the best decision for the long-term solution of the problem. I am very pleased with the quality of his work and his expertise and guidance in resolving these issues. I highly recommend his services and will contact him again myself if ever I need additional electrical services.
