Job started with site work, installing 17 4' sauna tubes for supports. This was difficult, pulling boulders from the ground and digging 2 days to position and backfill tubes. Waited for inspector, framing began. Myles King has a family business, and his crew works with few breaks, and they get the job done with 2 daily breaks consisting of a morning 10 am and lunch. The crew works together beautifully and accomplishes tasks as a team. There is no wasted time, they get down to business and get the job done. After framing the deck and porch area and insuring that the roof was on, we had a bit of wait time due to windows not being delivered on time. King Construction in the meantime had other jobs waiting to be finished, as well as new jobs waiting to begin and with the Summer of Rain we had, the schedule was getting tight and not much good weather remaining in the year to button up projects. We accepted the fact that we were put on hold for a bit; when the crew did return, finish work on the inside 3/4"pine installed on all walls and vaulted ceiling and then electrical installation of ceiling fan and outlets inside and out completed the job. All woodwork was urethaned and the finished project was amazing. The entire crew takes pride in their work and the ideas and opinions of the homeowners are taken personally, and corrections made if King Construction feels you are not satisfied. They truly want the customer to love the finished product. I would recommend this team in a heartbeat.
