 + -1 moreI called and left a message and my call was returned within 15 minutes. I wanted to use someone local, I had what felt like a very good conversation with the owner, Kevin Houle, we set up an appointment, I arrange my schedule to be home, but NO SHOW AND NO CALL. It's been weeks now so he's obviously not calling back. I do not understand how a business survives when they schedule appointments, don't show up, and don't call. It is unprofessional and a complete disrespect of their customer's time. I understand things happen, but there is no excuse for not calling.
Description of Work: I needed maintenance on one of my garage doors which intermittently would not close.
