I called them for an appointment. Because our alarm went off, they squeezed us in the next day even though we could not be home, they said it was ok. We had family there just in case they needed to get in the house. They called promptly one hour before so my family member could be there at our house on time. They pumped our septic and honored a coupon and charged us fairly for what was free paired. Our float needed to be repaired.
