Not well - made me wait over 2 weeks until they got around to designing the system, then sent over a proposal where I would lease the tank (locks you in to their propane delivery) versus purchasing the tank. I had specifically asked about purchasing the tank, but they wrote the quote how they wanted it. Sent it over and never followed up, so I never followed up with them

They did a good job, reasonably priced and suggested things that needed to be done.

Make sure that their prices track what the current price others are charging. Occasionally they've been higher but lately I think they have gotten that message.

They are fairly local, actually just up the street. If I have a problem they can come by very quickly. Sometimes an hour or less. They have been responsive and easy to get a hold of.

I have been using them for years.

They came for a furnace tune up and discovered our heat exchange was bad. It was cold and took a few weeks to get a new furnace. 

They had to order the unit and it took about three weeks. The actual work took about a day. The work done was clean, I'm sure my wife went through and deep cleaned.

They were in and out in less than an hour. It cut out on a Saturday and I didn't wanna pay overtime charges, so we just chose to have it done on a Monday. There was a sense of urgency, but it wasn't dire. They came out as soon as we called them, but I didn't call them on the weekends because I didn't want extra charges.

They claimed expertise in installation of propane tanks in our area.  While we contracted for, and put a deposit down on a 1000 gallon tank, the 'experts' who came to install the tank just dropped the 1000 gallon tank into an expanded hole that our 120 gallon propane tank had sat in.  Unfortunately we sit on a rock ledge, and the tank could not be buried enough to work.  They then suggested a 500 gallon tank, which looked like the only alternative.  However, that was still way above ground, and the fire marshall said it did not meet code as it sat.  We were forced to pay almost $3000 to build a block wall around it to meet code.  While Lorden gave us a $1600 credit towards that - after 3 months of back and forth with them - if they had moved the tank to the edge of our property, it could have been buried by fill for a few hundred dollars, and we would not have a large oval wall in the middle of part of our lawn.  Overall an unsatisfactory and very annoying experience dealing with them.  On top of that, they said they wanted to make things right with us going forward and would offer us the best price on propane.  After the initial fill and one more delivery, we discovered another locally owned firm that undercut their 'best' price by more than 30 cents a gallon.  We have not and will not use them for anything else.

Lorden's techs are very well informed and do an excellent job. 
After they clean the furnace you would never know they had been there as everything is completely cleaned up.
Regarding the oil deliveries, I don't know how they do it but it seems they know automatically when I am down to 1/4 tank of oil as if I call to tell them the response I get is "you are on the schedule already for delivery today".  Definitely an A+ company and the office crew are the most pleasant and helpful I have ever come across..

They are local.  Everything's been fine and we have never ever had a problem.  We are on an automatic delivery and we've never run out of oil.  We've looked them up and compared them, not lately but when we first started using them and their price was kind off in the lower range.  We've never had to call them for a response because they've always filled up the tank in time.  We've never even seen them but when we've talk to them on the phone it's always been good.

They did not do the job right. I had a difficult time getting in touch with the Representative. I showed him that it was not done correctly, and he argued with me that it was done right. They didn't clean up after themselves. I asked him for a refund for the cleaning, and he became agitated and thought that I was trying to threaten him. At that point he did not want to talk to me anymore.
