Structural Engineering
We were planning on creating a laundry room in our antique home and were concerned about the load bearing capability of the old joist/beam construction. A personable engineer arrived at the scheduled time to examine the joints and take some measurements. We received a report in the mail with recommendations a couple of weeks later. Definitely worth the cost to ensure the washing machine stays put!
