Mark Wheeler came out to estimate the necessary work. Josiah and Chris came out a few days later to do the actual surveying. Years ago, one corner had been surveyed and a rail road spike driven into the town road. Subsequently it was paved over and hidden. This point was re-surveyed, and Josiah went to drive in a new mag-nail. That mag-nail hit the top of the rail road spike. Overall it went well. Neil Gorman was the engineer who worked with us. We had originally requested estimates from three companies, including Ross Associates. The prices were very similar. We decided to move forward with Ross because they were the most pro-active. Neil reached out to us right away and offered to come out and walk us through the process. The other companies were prompt in sending out their estimates but no efforts were made to come out to meet us and go over the plans. We felt this was very important to us because of the disruptive nature and high cost associated with a sewage system replacement job. That said, all three were recommended by out town board of health office. The process was lengthy and Neil was always there for us to answer any and all questions associated with the job. The only reason I gave a B for cost was we had to pay for the cost of a small plan correction and layout of stakes amounting to about a couple hundred dollars. For the overall cost of this project I felt that was unnecessary but part of doing business presumably. We were very happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend. Neil was great to work with as this was a very overwhelming project!

They were very good and I would recommend them. They came when they were supposed to and they were professional. The price is okay. I just called and they came so I didn't do comparison shopping.

Representative was really helpful. Finding and verifying lines required difficult access points in wooded areas of the lot in jungle-like conditions: poison ivy, mosquitos and ticks! In addition, recent work in the neighborhood made some angles difficult to verify; he worked through the measurements for several neighbors as well as mine.



Lines are now marked with bright orange posts at the intervals I requested; I know exactly how far to clear and landscape and I'm able to avoid encroachment on neighbor's property.



They were very busy with commercial projects so he often worked evenings to get mine completed.



He went a little over the quoted price but still near budget and this will save me potential costly errors with my landscaping projects.

We needed to jump through various hoops to get a permit. he did the required land survey. It turned out that things weren't specified, and I kept having to go back to him for certain requests. He was super; fast, very professional; I never met him personally, all of our business was conducted over the phone. He was golden. We were pressed for time and he was always able to help me out. I had exceptional service. I had had some estimates ahead of time and those was just for the inital service. We didn't know how much more work we needed as the project progresed, and he helped us out through the whole process. a he was He came in well below the estimates that we had previously obtained.
