Great - advised us that winter was coming and that we might want to hold off as it would be expensive. We went forward and scheduled the work and asked him to price an oem condensor - turned out a rebuilt oem condenser was almost double the price of an aftermarket new one - so we went with the new one. They did the work - told us that he wasn't happy with the belt he got with the new condenser and got another one. We noticed some belt squeel after a day and let him know - he told us to bring it in - another faulty belt (it was defective - had some extra rubber on it apparently) - he replaced for free. Has always advised us of lower priced options and whether a repair was needed or worth it. Very happy for years.

He's very competent in every area. He was pleasant to deal with and he's very honest.One time there was something in my car for the emissions system that he could have charged me a lot for and replaced it. Instead, he told me my car was still under warranty and suggested I take it to the dealer.
