Be forewarned! Under the guise of Brite Construction this company walked away from a contract to rebuild our home after we had paid it more than $80,000 ( That's right! More than Eighty thousand dollars! ) for work to be performed. This firm and its owner, Steven G. Breitmaier; President, knew that my wife and I were in a desperate housing situation with the prospect of no roof over our heads if he didn't perform as per the contract that he signed and was paid for. Without a second thought, he pocketed our money and walked away. We are now on the verge of being homeless while our Carlisle home remains unhabitable! Breitmaier and his firm has, or is building and/or seeking contracts in Cambridge, Carlisle, Concord, Wayland and other areas between Boston and Route 495. Don't let what happened to us happen to you!
Description of Work: Brite Excavating, under the guise of Brite Construction; Remodeling Division and personally as Steven G. Breitmaier; President, was hired to act as a general contractor for the purposes of rebuilding our home in Carlisle, Massachusetts.
