John's responsiveness, clarity in detailing expectations, friendliness, and knowledge were exceptional. We had recently relocated a large granite block retaining wall to help access an old two car garage that only had a one car driveway and was difficult to navigate. With spring landscape repairs ongoing that followed the wall work, Nye came in and completed removal and install without creating any follow up repair work and left the site exceptionally clean.
