 + -1 moreTOM CAME OVER TO MY HOUSE A FEW TIMES TO DO SOME WORK. THE FIRST TIME THE PAINTERS WERE NOT DONE IN TIME, SO HE HAD TO LEAVE AND COME BACK AGAIN, BUT HE WAS VERY NICE AND UNDERSTANDING.
