 + -1 moreThey were not very responsive in my attempts to get my fabric fixed on my sofa. They made me pay half of the price to get new cusions on my sofa. I purchased a $3,000 sofa with them and they were not very helpful in getting my sofa resurfaced. The fabirc is defective. Also, they did not live up to the contract I thought I had signed with them which included maintenance. After they made me pay half of the price to redo the fabric, it is happening again and they wont help me. I'm not asking for a new couch, I just want what I paid for and they are not standing up to their products.
Description of Work: I purchased several large items from them including a sofa. They were supposed to fix it with the contract I had signed.

 + -1 moreThey sent a technician to replace the frame. That didn?t work they back came replace the foundation, that still did not solve the problem, they finally came back to replace the mattress. They were very polite and accommodating at all times.
Description of Work: They repaired the bed and replaced the mattress.
