 + -1 moreI bought a sofa set on the Double Sales Tax, no problem there. Salesman was fine. The snarky part was the follow up email review process. A good or excellent mark sent you to a Google Review site. Anything less sent you to their internal site but not to Google. They are gaming their review process.

 + -1 moreOur most recent purchase has been scheduled for May 18. As we said we bought a ComfortAir King Size mattress to put on our pedestal waterbed form. Jordan's was so helpful because they let us know that if the mattress came in before we had finished painting our bedroom, they would hold it for us or schedule delivery for a later date. In all the years we have used Jordan's we haven't had a bad experience. We would recommend them and have to anyone who asks.
Description of Work: We visited Jordan's just to look at waterbeds and were introduced to the ComfortAir mattress instead. We were asked to test out their sample and my husband, who is a waterbed man from way back, loved it. It conformed to both our bodies very comfortably so we bought it. The representative who helped us also sent us an e-mail thanking us for purchasing the mattress, letting us know that they could schedule delivery to our schedule and to let us know that she would be available to answer questions, etc., if need be.

 + -1 moreThey were very good to work with. We ended up buying a mattress and there was a problem with it. We had them come out and look at the mattress, we ended up taking it back to them because it was still under warranty. The salesman was very easy to work with. They took this mattress back with no problems and did not charge us for the delivery. They also gave us the difference between the two mattress because one on less, they only did this because the first one was a factory defect.
Description of Work: I went into the store to buy a new mattress and they helped me with this.
