Everything was relatively good. You walk into Home Depot, buy the stuff and I picked up some floor boards and put them in and everything worked fine.

I like their service. People are very friendly and they are willing to help me. If I have a question they answer it and if they don't know the answer they go and get somebody who can answer it. Their prices are very good. Quality is excellent.

Gutter Repair and Replacement
They did it all. It was like a one day job. we were like great they are obviously not finished yet. So one of the down spouts was too short. They left the boards nailed up across our porch. Clearly they put the board up so they could rest the ladder against it but they didn't take it back down. They said they were, granted this was a verbal agreement, they were going to take down our big Tv antenna at the same time. Which they didn't do. So we had them back to fix the down spout and take the board off the porch. They said they were going to ba back in a couple of days to do that and it was a couple of weeks. This whole one day project turned into a month and a half of waiting. Waiting for them to get back to us we sent them emails. They said they forwarded it ti this person and this person. It was just bad communication, very bad communication. The pricing was good.

We were pleased with Home Depot. We liked the price we paid on our disposal system, too. My husband and I use Home Depot in this area to buy stuff like that other places are going to mark up. The sales team is helpful enough in there and I can't knock them for to much. The store is at a good location for us. They sometimes do run specials and they have a good selection of products to choose from.

Garage Door Service
The salesman at Home Depot was knowledgeable, taking the required information. The installer was on time, professional and polite. He installed the door and explained it's operations.
